
Ingredients
1 Mint Chocolate Slab, grated
1 Tennis Biscuits Packet
1 can of caramel treat
1 bottle of fresh cream
Method
1. In a bowl, whisk your fresh cream. In another bowl, whisk your caramel treat. Blend the two mixtures together until they form a smooth mixture.
2. In a serving bowl, lay down your biscuits. Pour your caramel-cream mixture. Then sprinkle your grated chocolate.
3. Repeat step 2 until you’ve layered all the ingredients.
4. Cover your bowl with cling wrap and allow your dessert to set in a fridge for a couple of hours {I left it to set overnight}
